Nestled on six private acres in West Woodstock—just minutes from the vibrant Village of Woodstock—this peaceful riverside retreat boasts over 90 feet of frontage along the Ottauquechee River, blending tranquility with effortless accessibility.

Our beautiful function space is not your typical board room. It features dramatic ceilings, rustic chandeliers, and a spectacular view of the Ottaquechee and the beautiful grounds of the inn. Affectionately referred to as the Library it is the perfect spot to meet, discuss, celebrate or party. Whether for business or pleasure, there is no better place to plan your Vermont retreat.
MEETINGS
The Library is our meeting and function space. It features perfect space for an intimate gathering or a meeting of up to 40 people. We are flexible and can set up a variety of seat configurations and settings for you in our dedicated function space.
ACCOMMODATIONS
All rooms are designed with comfort and style in mind. The key feature is a beautiful river view from every room, sliding patio doors which lead to your own, private balcony or patio complete with two rocking chairs.
THE 506 BISTRO & LOUNGE
We believe in a casual, yet sophisticated approach to hospitality. There are a multitude of spaces to use. Chat on our riverfront terrace, sit at the bar, relax in the weathered chesterfields in our Lounge or use the ample grounds for walks or picnics.
