From meetings in the Conference Room to larger sessions in the Library, teams have dedicated spaces with river views and easy access to the Lounge, 506 Bistro, and Lawn for informal gatherings.
SPACES
Our meeting spaces are designed to feel relaxed yet functional. The 506 Bistro and Lounge provides a warm setting for group dining and casual gatherings. Outside, our six acre lawn sits steps from the Ottauquechee River and is perfect for tented dinners, welcome receptions, or team building activities.
Between sessions, teams can gather for complimentary breakfast in the dining area or on the riverfront terrace, take a walk along the riverbank, relax by the fire, or recharge in the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, or fitness room.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is ideal for focused sessions and seats up to 12 with high speed WiFi, a smart TV for presentations, and a private entrance.
Library
The Library offers dramatic ceilings, lounge seating, and river views, accommodating up to 40 seated or 70 standing for workshops, talks, or evening receptions.
Event Lawn
Outside, our six acre lawn sits steps from the Ottauquechee River and is perfect for tented dinners, welcome receptions, or team building activities.
